This is the Marina at the Northeast corner of Fern Ridge Reservoir. There are a pair of launch ramps with a center dock and a side courtesy dock. The marina docks are to the south, behind a breakwater. The total park complex includes swimming and picnicking but there is no camping. A good paved parking lot is available for day use. When Fern Ridge is full of water, the depth at the ramp end is 9-1/2 feet. This is a foot deeper than the ramps across at Richardson, and Orchard Point is often the ramp of choice when water levels are low. Orchard Point park is operated by Lane County and fees are charged.

Orchard Point is located along Clear Lake Road that traverses the north end of the reservoir. There are two entrances, and for the boat ramps, you want he more westerly of the two as seen in the map. The boat trailer parking comes off this same entrance.
