Bowman Park Ramp (Albany)
This ramp is on the Willamette River in the City of Albany. It was built as a two lane ramp, but sand and debris have filled in part of the upstream ramp and it is now closed. This paved ramp is not steep and is deep enough for use by most boats. The park includes boat trailer parking. It is operated by the City of Albany. No fee is charged. The park is day use only but open all year, except when flooding occurs. There is a dock along the ramp, but no separate tie-up dock.

Water Character
This is on a slow stretch of the river during the warm season. When the water is not high, there is some beach that still in Bowman Park. Paddling upstream to at least the Calapooia River is normally possible.
The picture above is looking downstream from the launch dock.
