This is a newer well built and maintained full launch ramp, on the Willamette River about a mile north of Independence town center. There is good paved parking, rest rooms and there is a service dock for the ramp. This is all located along a straight stretch of the river and there is current, the flow depending on the season. There is no charge for using the launch ramp or parking. Parking is day-use only.
