 This is the Marina at the Northeast corner of Fern Ridge Reservoir. There are a pair of launch ramps with a center dock and a side courtesy dock.  The marina docks are to the south, behind a breakwater. The total park complex includes swimming and picnicking but there is no camping.  A good paved parking lot is available for day use. When Fern Ridge is full of water, the depth at the ramp end is 9-1/2 feet.  This is a foot deeper than the ramps across at Richardson, and Orchard Point is often the ramp of choice when water levels are low. For normal water years, the Marina's are supposed to be empty Oct 1st.  There is still plenty of good boating in October and Orchard ramps decent well into mid October.  Of course this depends on water levels.
