-This is on an smooth flowing stretch of the Willamette River.  Downstream a short distance, on the Linn County side, is an interesting slough that goes a quarter mile or so into Bowers Rock State Park (undeveloped).  This slough is called "Little Willamette River" on Google Maps, but that is clearly an exaggeration!
