"Anyone out there interested in a row on New Year's Day? I can't think of a better way to start the year off than some good exercise.
"We'll be rowing out of the marina in Cathlamet. Start time depends on tides and weather conditions. We'll likely row even if the weather is lousy -- it will just be a shorter duration row in more protected waters.
"If you do not own a boat and would like to come along, we can loan you one of ours. I don't want to limit our New Year's day row to just row boats. If you'd be interested in bringing your kayak, sailboat, pedal kayak, powerboat, or inner tube, just show up, get out on the water, and have fun as a chapter!"
