Who: Greg, Andrew, and assorted Coots
What: Building Puddle Duck Racers, will provide electricity and covered building, building is an uninsulated barn, so wear appropriate warm clothing (it is January...). Space for 4 Puddle Ducks, currently two spaces are taken (mine and John Kohnen's). Circular saws and a table saw will be provided, bring your own materials, supplies, sawhorses and any other tools you'd like.
Free plans and more information can be gotten from the official PD Racer website: http://www.pdracer.com
When: January 7th and 8th
Where: Greg's barn, house is at 12691 Marion Road SE, Turner, driveway to the barn is located between 12691 and 12671. The barn is across the creek (access via foot bridge). Get directions from http://maps.google.com/
Why: Because we're manly men who aren't afraid of boat building in January.
How: Build them however you like, just remember that the temp will be cold, so take that into account for your glue selection (epoxy may not set up until spring). Again, lots of information on www.pdracer.com
